Fierce Black Beautiful Intelligent (FBBI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education, economic empowerment, health and wellness, judiciary literacy, and public safety. We are committed to connecting communities with the knowledge, resources, organizations, and opportunities needed to create lasting generational change. Through advocacy, collaboration, leadership development, and community engagement, FBBI inspires informed citizens, cultivates future leaders, and works to eliminate barriers that prevent underserved communities from reaching their fullest potential. We believe that when people are educated, healthy, economically empowered, and civically engaged, entire communities thrive.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to build thriving, informed, and united communities where every individual has equitable access to opportunity, education, justice, health, and economic prosperity. FBBI envisions becoming a nationally recognized catalyst for change by investing in scholarships, supporting underserved communities, promoting civic education, and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard. As we grow, FBBI will expand into a trusted multimedia production company, producing independent news, radio programming, documentaries, educational content, and community storytelling that informs, empowers, and inspires action. We strive to become a leading platform for truth, accountability, and solutions while celebrating the strength, resilience, and excellence within our communities.
